Ryan Ottosen is Director of Sales at Foremost Commercial Real Estate Services in Ontario, California, where he recruits, coaches, and develops commercial real estate brokers serving industrial, office, and retail clients across the Inland Empire. Licensed since 2005 and a California real estate broker since 2014 (DRE #01842391), Ryan brings more than two decades of experience building high-performing sales teams and growing real estate businesses. As a former Keller Williams Team Leader, he drove market center growth through agent recruiting, training, and accountability. Ryan was the broker and co-founder of Ottosen & Co., a property management company that managed hundreds of rental units before its recent sale. During his career, he has closed more than 150 bank-owned (REO) properties from 2009 to 2012 and led more than 100 investment projects from acquisition to disposition.
